The purchase of products on this website are subject to the following terms and conditions.  All customers are advised to review these carefully before making any purchase.

Each PDF download and online content sold is licensed to a single user only. Customers are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and/or transfer the product/s they purchased to any third party or person.

All transactions are made through payment gateways that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

All purchases made on melizahernandez.com are non-refundable. Since the products made available are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made please contact hello@melizahernandez.com to discuss a resolution.

By placing an order with melizahernandez.com, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us), and accept these terms & conditions, which shall apply to all orders placed. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights.

Return Policy

Most of our products are digital therefore they are deemed "used" after download or opening. This means we have a strict no refund policy in regards to dissatisfaction with the product.
At this time, our physical merchandise items are also non-refundable. If there is any discrepancy, please contact hello@melizahernandez.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Customs, Duties and Taxes

melizahernandez.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

melizahernandez.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. and Canada.
