Ingredients
1/2 an onion (sliced)
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 Lb Green Beans
2 Bell Peppers
Package of shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1/2 Lb of tofu (chopped into cubes or slices)
1/3 cup of low-sodium soya sauce
1 Tbsp of coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of red chili flakes
Directions
1. Heat up a saucepan on low-medium heat. Add a tablespoon of coconut oil. Add garlic and onions. Let sizzle for three minutes while stirring. Add soya sauce.
2. Cook your shrimp and tofu for about five minutes or until shrimp has turned orange.
3. Add vegetables. Stir and let sit for three minutes.
4. Serve & enjoy!
